However far you travel, we know that a school trip can provide your students with a unique experience that will improve their learning and ignite a passion for their subject, but just as importantly, give them important bonding time in a different environment and help them to develop the confidence and skills that they will take forward with them through the rest of their school life and beyond.

Rewarding Loyalty

At Next Generation Travel we believe it’s important to reward those of you who regularly choose from our wide range of trips with WST, Anglia Tours, Study Experiences and Sport Experiences with a  bursary to suit your school needs.

We know that supporting the well being of your school community is a major priority in regular school life, but this can also be a challenge financially.

Our loyalty scheme will reward you with cash in the form of a wellbeing bursary, so that you may use it on any area of school life and not just as a way to reduce the price of your next trip. This way all students have the opportunity to benefit. 

Qualifying for the Next Generation Rewards

If your school, college or group travels on 4 or more overnight trips* with any of our Next Generation Travel brands during a travel period, you qualify to join our Next Generation Rewards Scheme

We will reward your loyalty with a bursary of £1,000 for 4 qualifying trips up to £3,000 for 12 trips, to spend on your school, college or group:

Travel period 1 = Aug 2025 to July 2026

or

Travel period 2 =Aug 2026 to July 2027

This bursary can be used to further support the incredible work you already have in place for wellbeing and developing student cultural capital.  You may want to use it for equipment, fund a breakfast club, use it as money off one of your trips with us or towards tailor making an event in school.

It’s your choice to use this money for the benefit of your school and group members as you wish.  The great news is that the more trips you take the more you will benefit. 

Here is how your benefits will increase.

  • 4   trips = £1,000
  • 6   trips = £1,500
  • 8   trips = £2,000
  • 10 trips = £2,500
  • 12 trips = £3,000

 

Primary Schools

We recognise that its very unlikely for a primary school to take 4 trips in one year. So, if you would like to benefit from our scheme, you can team up with your local cluster of primary schools to take a total of 4 trips between you and you can share the bursary experiences.

Terms and Conditions

To qualify, FOUR bookings must be received with deposits paid with each:

  1. A minimum 1 night duration in booked accommodation (over night day trips do not qualify) on all all FOUR qualifying bookings.
  2. All booked trips must all travel in either Travel period 1 - Aug 2025 to July 2026 or all in Travel Period 2 - Aug 2026 to July 2027.
  3. A minimum number of 30 paying passengers is required on each individual trip booking.
  4. All bookings must be from the same establishment to qualify. If part of a MAT, each individual school is treated as a separate 
    establishment.
  5. Primary schools, with prior agreement, can “cluster” with other local schools to gain enough bookings to qualify – they may share the benefits of the scheme. More details available upon request. 
  6. The Next Generation Reward can only be claimed once the full balances are received and all other bookings meeting the qualifying criteria.
  7. All bookings can be made across ALL NGT brands, namely WST, Anglia Tours, Study Experiences and Sport Experiences.

Rules for the Loyalty Scheme 

  1. Well-Being Bursary – £1000 cash bursary to help support the work of the school on both pupil and staff well-being & mental health. This can equally be used to pay towards future trips you have booked with us in the qualifying criteria.
  2. The cash payment can be claimed by the establishment once the balance payment is received for the fourth booking and subject to all bookings remaining within qualifying criteria.

In addition to the above, NGT reserves the right to:

  1. Terminate the Loyalty Scheme
  2. To alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Loyalty Scheme by publishing notices on our website www.ngttravel.com and/or
  3. Withdraw one or more of the benefits on offer through the scheme.

We have more than 4 trips booked across your brands – are there additional benefits?

Yes, you can double up ! If you achieve 8 bookings across the group brands, all meeting the qualifying criteria, we will award a second Well-Being scheme benefit.

We are a small school and only have two trips run each year – do we miss out?

No – you can cluster with other smaller schools to “share” the loyalty. Chat with your contact in our teams to discover more about potentially sharing the Loyalty Scheme benefits

Book With Any Of Our Specialist Brands

We offer a broad range of educational experiences across the Next Generation Travel Group.

You may or may not be aware that other departments in your school already take trips with more than one of our 4 specialist brands. We will contact you and your EVC to let you know when you qualify for our loyalty scheme.

If you already have a booking with us and know and trust our service, but your school doesn’t qualify yet, then you can share this information with your colleagues, EVC and SLT, who may be choosing a travel provider, along with your recommendation of the support and service they can expect.
