However far you travel, we know that a school trip can provide your students with a unique experience that will improve their learning and ignite a passion for their subject, but just as importantly, give them important bonding time in a different environment and help them to develop the confidence and skills that they will take forward with them through the rest of their school life and beyond.
At Next Generation Travel we believe it’s important to reward those of you who regularly choose from our wide range of trips with WST, Anglia Tours, Study Experiences and Sport Experiences with a bursary to suit your school needs.
We know that supporting the well being of your school community is a major priority in regular school life, but this can also be a challenge financially.
Our loyalty scheme will reward you with cash in the form of a wellbeing bursary, so that you may use it on any area of school life and not just as a way to reduce the price of your next trip. This way all students have the opportunity to benefit.
If your school, college or group travels on 4 or more overnight trips* with any of our Next Generation Travel brands during a travel period, you qualify to join our Next Generation Rewards Scheme
We will reward your loyalty with a bursary of £1,000 for 4 qualifying trips up to £3,000 for 12 trips, to spend on your school, college or group:
Travel period 1 = Aug 2025 to July 2026
or
Travel period 2 =Aug 2026 to July 2027
This bursary can be used to further support the incredible work you already have in place for wellbeing and developing student cultural capital. You may want to use it for equipment, fund a breakfast club, use it as money off one of your trips with us or towards tailor making an event in school.
It’s your choice to use this money for the benefit of your school and group members as you wish. The great news is that the more trips you take the more you will benefit.

Primary Schools
We recognise that its very unlikely for a primary school to take 4 trips in one year. So, if you would like to benefit from our scheme, you can team up with your local cluster of primary schools to take a total of 4 trips between you and you can share the bursary experiences.
Your loyalty matters to us and your reward isn’t just a saving — it’s an opportunity to make an even bigger difference in your school community. Here are a few meaningful ways you could choose to use it:
Help ensure pupils start the day ready to learn by contributing towards your breakfast club. Your loyalty benefit could provide nutritious food, resources, or help extend the programme to support even more children.
Make enrichment experiences accessible to everyone. Use your loyalty benefit to subsidise or fully fund tours for pupils who might otherwise miss out.
Bring learning to life beyond the classroom. Whether it’s a museum visit, nature reserve, or local cultural experience, your loyalty benefit could help make a memorable day possible.
Put your benefit directly back into the classroom by purchasing materials, equipment, or supplies that enhance learning and creativity.
Working towards a larger goal? Add your loyalty benefit to an existing fundraising initiative -whether that’s new playground equipment, technology upgrades, or special projects.
We have more than 4 trips booked across your brands – are there additional benefits?
Yes, you can double up ! If you achieve 8 bookings across the group brands, all meeting the qualifying criteria, we will award a second Well-Being scheme benefit.
We are a small school and only have two trips run each year – do we miss out?
No – you can cluster with other smaller schools to “share” the loyalty. Chat with your contact in our teams to discover more about potentially sharing the Loyalty Scheme benefits.
Can the money be used for future trips?
Yes! It can be used for any purpose that benefits your school or group, including covering part of the cost of future trips booked with NGT.
Do day trips count towards the scheme?
No. Only overnight trips with at least one night’s accommodation count towards qualifying trips

You may or may not be aware that other departments in your school already take trips with more than one of our 4 specialist brands. We will contact you and your EVC to let you know when you qualify for our loyalty scheme.
If you already have a booking with us and know and trust our service, but your school doesn’t qualify yet, then you can share this information with your colleagues, EVC and SLT, who may be choosing a travel provider, along with your recommendation of the support and service they can expect.
