A scavenger hunt in Retiro Park lets language students practise Spanish through fun, interactive challenges. Working in teams, they solve clues and complete tasks in Spanish, building vocabulary and confidence while exploring one of Madrid’s most iconic parks.

Habsburg Madrid ⓘ

A visit to Habsburg Madrid gives students the chance to explore the city’s historic centre and learn about its imperial past. As they discover key landmarks from the Habsburg era, students gain insight into Madrid’s history, architecture, and culture, strengthening both their language skills and cultural understanding.

Urban art route of Madrid ⓘ

The Urban Art Route in Madrid offers students a vibrant introduction to the city’s contemporary street art scene. Flamenco class ⓘ

A flamenco class gives language students a lively introduction to one of Spain’s most iconic cultural traditions. Through music, rhythm, and movement, students not only experience authentic Spanish culture but also practise listening and communication skills in a fun, interactive setting.

Day trip to Segovia ⓘ

From the impressive Roman aqueduct to the fairytale Alcázar and charming old town streets in one of Spain's most historic cities, your students will gain a deeper understanding of Spanish history and culture as they engage with local people and surroundings.

Sample itinerary for a 4 day spanish language immersion trip

Day 1
Day time

Daytime flight and transfer to your accommodation, where you will meet your local teacher for your immersion experience.  

Evening

Evening meal in your accommodation followed by a spanish game night. 

Day 2
Morning

One hour Spanish language and culture course, followed by a guided city tour.

Afternoon

Test their language skills with an El Retiro Park scavenger hunt.

One hour Spanish language and culture course followed by an interactive market quest.

Enjoy all the fun of a Spanish flamenco class.

Dependent on your flight time you will have leisure time before transfering to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
