We have gained consent from the students and staff to share this information, but only if the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • The information is shared securely.
  • The information will be stored securely by the travel company.
  • The travel company will not pass these details on to any other organisation, unless agreement has been obtained from us and providing the sharing is to help make the trip possible.
  • The travel company agrees to destroy the data once the trip and all related matters have been concluded.
